We provide objective and expert guidance for businesses seeking an improved bottom line through affordable benefits and / or relief from the repetitive and sometimes high risk tasks of administering an employee benefits program.

This team works together to find or build and manage fully insured or self-funded group insurance programs and administrative platforms and services that meet the diverse needs of our employer clients. We also assist employers with how to best handle their Medicare eligible employees and dependents.
The group’s founders, Ann & Steve Lawrence, both began their insurance careers in 1985. Each has over 35 years of experience meeting the needs of employers with as few as 2 employees to those with multiple thousands of employees nationwide. No one in the group has under a decade of experience in the industry. Our current focus is on clients with 10 to 500 employees.
We currently service employers headquartered in Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina and Tennessee who have employees in the following states:

We have direct experience working in ADP, Netchex and Paycom payroll systems. We also have technology integration with ADP, Dominion, Netchex, Paychex, Paycor, Paylocity and many other payroll / HRIS systems via benefit administration programs like Ease and Employee Navigator. We also have a working relationship with a PEO, Adams Keegan, based in Memphis, TN. We have access to Third Party Administrators for consolidated billing, COBRA Administration, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts and Health Reimbursement Arrangements.
